Returns & Exchange Policy

At WEARDUDS, we are dedicated to bringing you the latest fashion with impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you're not happy with the fit, color, or design of your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 7 days of delivery.

Important Notes on Sale Periods:

  1. Diwali Sale (25th October 2024, 20:00 Hrs to 5th November 2024, 23:59 Hrs):
    • Non-returnable
    • Size exchanges will be allowed only once. If the exchanged size is out of stock, a refund will be processed as store credits.

Important Points to Remember:

  • Delivery of Exchange Products: Expect delivery within 10-12 working days.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 10-12 working days from the pickup date.
    • Online payments: Refunded to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund processed via Razorpay Payout Links to your bank account or UPI ID.

Note: For COD orders, once the returned items pass inspection. Refunds will be processed upon verification.

  • Reverse Pickup Charges:
    • A charge of ₹99 will be deducted for reverse pickups.
    • For exchanges only, the pickups will incur a ₹99 charge.
  • Returned Items: Must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • Non-refundable COD Charges: Any COD charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, even if the product is returned.

Returns for Damaged/Wrong Products:

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You may be asked to share an unboxing video or photo of the product at customercare@wearduds.com or via WhatsApp at +91-920523392.
  • Important: Please make sure to record a clear video while unboxing your order to claim any wrong shipments.

Additional Notes:

  • Sale/Deal/Offer Exceptions: In some cases, the refund or exchange policy may not apply or could change. Always read the details of any sales or promotions carefully before placing your order.
  • Urgent/Faster Delivery Charges: These are non-refundable.
  • Self-shipping Returns: In case of reverse pickup is not available, you can return items via a reliable courier. Ensure the returned items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit. If the item meets our quality check upon arrival, a full refund will be issued.

Final Reminder:

Any returned item not meeting the above conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own expense, with no reimbursement.
