At Wear Duds, we strive to bring you the latest fashion with impeccable quality and affordable prices. If you’re not satisfied with the fit, color, or design of your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

Key Points to Remember
- Delivery of Exchange Products: Within 10–12 working days.
- Refunds: Processed within 10–12 working days after pickup & inspection.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
- COD Orders: Refunded via Razorpay Payout Link (Bank/UPI).
- Note: COD fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- Reverse Pickup Charges: ₹99 per return/exchange request.
- Condition of Returned Items: Must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- Damaged/Wrong Products: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video/photo at customercare@wearduds.com or via WhatsApp (+91-9205233392).
- Urgent/Faster Delivery Charges: Non-refundable.
Self-Ship Returns
If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may self-ship the product to us:

Please pack items securely to avoid transit damage. Refunds will be issued once the product passes our quality check.

- Any returned product not meeting the above conditions will be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense.
