Welcome to Wear Duds, operated by Color by Colours LLP (“Company,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us”). By accessing or using our website www.wearduds.com, mobile application, or social media platforms (collectively, the “Platforms”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Use of Platforms

You must be 18 years or older (or using under parental guidance) to place an order.
You agree not to misuse our Platforms, interfere with their operation, or use them for unlawful purposes.
Content (images, designs, logos, product descriptions) is the intellectual property of Wear Duds and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display product details, colors, and descriptions accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen resolution.
All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment (except COD).
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with a ₹99 fee. COD charges are non-refundable.
Prepaid Orders: Eligible for free shipping across India.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or policy misuse (e.g., coupon abuse).

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 4–5 working days but may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to conditions.
During sale periods, special rules apply (e.g., non-returnable items, size exchange only).
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging.

6. Pricing & Promotions

Prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify prices, offers, or discounts at any time without prior notice.
Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wear Duds is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by courier services, third-party platforms, or unforeseen events.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Platforms.
You agree that your use of the Platforms is at your own risk.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and safeguard your personal data.
By using our Platforms, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
