Welcome to Wear Duds, operated by Color by Colours. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.wearduds.com, mobile application, and related services (together, the “Platforms”). By accessing our Platforms or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using our services.

1. General Use

  • You must be 18 years or older (or using under parental guidance) to make purchases.

  • You agree not to use our Platforms for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

  • All content on our Platforms (designs, images, product descriptions, logos, etc.) is the property of Wear Duds and may not be copied or misused without permission.

2. Products & Orders

  • We strive to display product details and colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur.

  • All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we may cancel your order and issue a refund.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with a fee of ₹99 (non-refundable).

  • Payments must be made via approved payment methods at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within 4–5 business days.

  • Delays may occur due to logistics, weather, or other unforeseen reasons.

  • Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to conditions.

  • During sale periods, special rules apply (e.g., non-returnable items, limited size exchanges).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
